The design, the colors and the special technique with which our unique ANDECUA blankets are made come from the Otavaleños, an indigenous community from the Andes of Ecuador. Surrounded by the three volcanoes Imbabura, Cotacachi and Mojanda , not far from the equator, our ceilings here are at an altitude of 2,500 meters above sea level. woven.

WHO WE ARE
Behind ANDECUA are Lizeth from Ecuador, who is currently researching sustainable resource management at the University of Hamburg, and Joachim, a musician and business economist from Hamburg who loves South America more than anything.
When we founded ANDECUA together in the summer of 2020, we set ourselves the goal of creating unforgettable cuddly moments and bringing a piece of South America's unbridled joy of life to Germany.
